By using InvisAlert ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

InvisAlert is a platform that helps Invisalign patients track their aligner wear time through WhatsApp messaging. The Service includes wear tracking, reminders, and optional data sharing with dental clinics.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years of age to use the Service. If you are under 18, you must have consent from a parent or guardian.

4. Account and Authentication

Access to InvisAlert is authenticated via WhatsApp. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your phone number and WhatsApp account. You agree to provide accurate information when using the Service.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
• Send spam or abusive messages through the Service
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity

6. Medical Disclaimer

InvisAlert is a tracking tool only and does not provide medical advice. The Service is not a substitute for professional dental care. Always follow the instructions of your orthodontist or dentist regarding your Invisalign treatment.

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described therein.

8. Service Availability

We strive to keep InvisAlert available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify or discontinue the Service at any time with reasonable notice.

9. Limitation of Liability

InvisAlert is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to treatment outcomes, data loss, or service interruptions.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
